Most clients pay $0 out of pocket!
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, we can offer you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance in hopes of getting reimbursed. It is your responsibility to verify your out-of-network nutrition benefits and submit the superbills your dietitian provides you. Your credit card on file will be charged for the full session fee at the time of service.
We are currently contracted with the following insurance plans. Coverage may vary based on diagnosis and your particular plan.
Pay little to nothing out of pocket for your visits!
step 4
Our billing specialist will contact your insurance and verify your nutrition benefits
step 3
Make an appointment for your initial assessment
step 2
Provide us with your health insurance information and date of birth
STEP 1
"Everyone we've met so far has been very nice, welcoming, and helpful. We're truly thankful for the support they're giving us as we start this journey and feel encouraged knowing we're in good hands."
"From the moment I started working with them, they have been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and attentive to my dietary needs."
"They have been amazing!! I've worked with two different Dietitians here and had positive experiences with both!"
Once our office assistant gathers your insurance information and reason for being seen, Alyssa gets to work! She will call your insurance and get a thorough breakdown of what your plan covers.
If there is any cost share at all for you we will inform you prior to your initial assessment.
Each plan covers different diagnoses under preventive, so we make sure to use those benefits whenever possible so you pay $0 out of pocket for as many visits as possible.
ALWAYS DRIVEN TO GET OUR CLIENTS THE BEST INSURANCE COVERAGE POSSIBLE BY USING PREVENTIVE BENEFITS
When you schedule your initial appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card that we will securely keep on file. In the event that your claim gets denied by your insurance company (or you have an outstanding deductible or co-pay) your credit card will be charged for the visit based on your insurance rates.
